School work day

Weight:  178

Priority is school today.  I've got a mad dash to finish a paper for school.  Running to meet deadlines seems to be my most consistent form of running

Hrmph.

On a good note, obviously the juicing helped.  Weight dropped 3 lbs from yesterday.  But I can't put stock into that number.  Weight can fluctuate so wildly.  Besides, this journey is not about losing weight.  It's about gaining my health back.  ...which is why.... I've decided to record my weigh-ins on the 1st and 15th of each month.  I'll likely weigh myself a bit more regularly than that, but I'm not going to get too excited about making a note of it until the specified days.
